“Astrology and Affirmations” … The book

Astrology and Affirmations is an astrology book with a difference.
It starts with tongue-in-cheek astrology humor, “An astrologer walks into a bar…” From there it takes you, more seriously, through the basic essentials of what you need to know about the title’s topics.
Whether you’re a complete novice, or a professional astrologer, this book has value for you. It teaches you what you need to know about understanding your birth chart and how to use that information to install affirmations into your energetic body to help create a happier, more fulfilling, life for yourself.
Create positive changes for yourself in today’s world of extreme turbulence.
The affirmations for each sign are split into three groups:

  • Affirmations for recentering yourself: This group lists the strengths of your sign, so you can use these affirmations when you need to remind yourself who you are and what your personal strengths are. If you’re feeling off-center and want to reconnect with who you really are on your good days, start here.
  • Affirmations for personal growth: These are intended to balance some of the sign’s less endearing qualities. You can use the affirmations in this section to achieve some deep personal change work, make a difference in how you’re showing up in the world, and improve your relationships — including your relationship with yourself.
  • 108 affirmations: This third group is a mix of additional affirmations addressing all of the character traits of the first two groups for your zodiac sign (More details about the affirmations, along with audio versions, are available here).
